Digital View Announces End of Life for ACG-1024 and and AL-1280 Controllers

Digital View will no longer be manufacturing the referenced controllers after June 31, 2007.

Specific part numbers effected are:

4167202-XX ACG-1024 for VGA panels
4167222-XX ACG-1024 for VGA panels with Molex power connector
4167201-XX ACG-1024 for SVGA panels
4167221-XX ACG-1024 for SVGA panels with Molex power connector
4167200-XX ACG-1024 for XGA panels
4167220-XX ACG-1024 for XGA panels with Molex power connector
4169300-XX-3 AL-1280

Last time buy orders must be placed by May 1, 2007. Last time deliveries will be made in July of 2007. Last time buy products are non-cancelable, non-returnable. All controllers come with an automatic 1-year limited warranty and will be supported through that time.

The replacement for all products referenced above is the ALR-1400 controller.
PN 4171000-XX-3. The ALR-1400 is in stock and is a RoHS compliant product.
The ALR-1400 has the same form factor as the referenced EOL boards, a thee year warranty, and an estimated MTBF of 400,000 hours.
