digital escalator posters, now live at Tottenham Court Road tube station in London.

LONDON, ENGLAND - London's underground rail network, commonly known as the Tube, handles over 3 million passenger journeys a day providing a key venue for out-of-home advertising. When Viacom and its digital media partner EDL looked for a suitable solution it was Digital View that was able to provide the essential mix of services and features resulting in one of the most impressive digital media networks to date. See the video below of this landmark installation.

Providing high impact creative media that would optimize the use of the location was the ultimate goal. To enable this Digital View provided a range of features such as the ability to link video from one display to another so images could appear to travel up the escalator alongside the audience.

The location is highly demanding in terms of engineering and required reliability which is where Digital View's RemoteTransfer media and network management system and fully solid state media player hardware have a key role.

Digital View's RemoteTransfer system facilitates remote media management, provides full network monitoring, plays DVD-quality video, all operating in a highly reliable fully solid state system.
